HOW CAN I ORDER FROM ADVANSOURCE?

You can place orders 24 hours per day via the AdvanSource.direct website.  Most orders ship the same or next business day. Please allow three weeks for delivery on all items marked “special order”.

WHAT IS ADVANSOURCE’S RETURN POLICY?

In accordance with our desire to provide the finest quality and service to our customers, we will promptly and unhesitatingly, at no cost to the customer, accept for return:

  • Products purchased for the first time on a trial basis.
  • The results of shipping errors on our part.
  • Products which may be defective.

For other returns, the items must be returned prepaid and must be in an unused, resalable condition. Returns within 30 days are refunded in full. Returns after 30 days are subject to a fifteen (15) percent restocking charge. We will not accept any returns after 180 days.  All returns must have prior written authorization from AdvanSource Medical Supply Corp.  Sterile items (except first time trial orders) cannot be accepted for return.  For details see Terms and Conditions at:  https://advansource.com/terms-condition

DOES ADVANSOURCE ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

DOES ADVANSOURCE ACCEPT ACH PAYMENTS?

AdvanSource does not accept ACH payments at this time.
